Maryland’s 1990 agenda aims at drugs and oil safety
Gov. Schaefer’s 1990 package includes 23 bills with tough anti drug measures, a home detention plan for inmates, and oil spill safeguards for Chesapeake Bay. Proposals include stronger bonding on oil transport, gas pump vapor controls, and an extension request to EPA for underground tank insurance.
