To Amend Financial Responsibility Law by Ramsburg
State Senator Ramsburg introduced a measure to amend the 1954 act requiring financial responsibility certificates from all applicants for automobile driver licenses under 21. The amendment would exempt those already with an operator's license from renewing a financial responsibility certificate when renewing an operator's permit.
