Dr Jane Sachs opens a private practice at 365 West Patrick Street in Frederick. A Yale graduate with a Penn law degree and New York attorney background she retrained in clinical psychology earning a Michigan doctorate in 1996 and will offer clinical and forensic services, including evaluations, therapy, and law enforcement training.
