Charles Horn Dies A Frederick Businessman at 64
Charles David Horn known as Charlie, a Frederick businessman, died January 8 at his home after a brief illness. Born April 19, 1933 in Hagerstown, he founded Horn Electric Service Inc in 1957, retired in 1995, and supported Marine Corps and local veterans groups. He served in Korea, led Shangri La Detachment MCL and held national and state offices. survived by wife Thelma Kinna Horn and family.

Frederick official named general counsel for Howard County Schools
