A morning downpour dumped about 2 inches of rain in three hours slowing travel to work and school. Ten roads closed by 9:30 a.m. officers warned of continued rain with a flash flood warning extended to 1 p.m. No serious injuries reported as motorists navigated high water and stalled vehicles.
