Jury declares Bohrer incapable of managing his affairs
A Brunswick man, William H. Bohrer, 31, was deemed unable to handle his own affairs in a morning hearing at the courthouse. His mother Eliza Bohrer is to be appointed guardian. The judge presided, and the petition, filed December 30 by Mrs. Bohrer, seeks guardianship. Bohrer, a Baltimore and Ohio railroad brakeman, has faced mental trouble for about four years, with incapacitation for the past year.
