Frederick delegation withdraws $1 million library expansion request
ANNAPOLIS the Frederick County delegation to the General Assembly withdrew the $1 million request for the C Burr Artz Library expansion. Sen John W Derr said the move was premature since county commissioners plan about $6 million in 2002.
