Mrs. Matilda T. White, 84, organizer and first president of the Women’s Auxiliary of Frederick Memorial Hospital, died Friday morning February 21 at the hospital. She was the wife of the late Dr. Byron D. White and lived at 212 Rockwell Terrace. Born May 1, 1901, in Pittsburgh, Pa., she was a daughter of Alexander C. and Clara Barnard Thompson. Dr. and Mrs. White moved to Frederick.
