Hyattsville man charged in hit and run case
A 43-year-old Hyattsville man, Joel Dewey Corley, was arrested after a hit and run that killed Milton Werber, 83, as he crossed Rockville Pike. Werber died from head injuries after a 1988 Ford Fiesta ran a red light on Md 355 near Randolph Road. Corley faces homicide by motor vehicle while intoxicated and other charges with a March 17 court date.
