Changes Made In Proposed Subdivision Regulations
Frederick County plans a major revision to Subdivision Regulations at a public hearing tonight. A four-lot maximum for Minor Subdivisions allows back land homes without road frontage, aligning with Walkersville rules and easing farmer needs. The county may require public improvements or bonds, while right of way grants remain optional.
