Two Frederick Residents Arrested On Drug Charges
Two Frederick residents were arrested on drug charges by the Frederick Police Department drug enforcement unit. Toshika Ann Abrecht, 24, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. and charged with three counts of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine. She was jailed and to appear for a bail hearing. The indictments stem from a November December 2000 undercover operation in the South Market All Saints area. Jesse Nakiah Kerr, 19, of 246 1/2 W Patrick St, was charged with possession of marijuana after a 9:22 p.m. warrant execution and jailed in lieu of bail.
