Residents oppose site plan approval for grocery
Kingsbrook residents at the Frederick County Planning Commission meeting opposed Giants 58 000 square foot commercial center on a 15 acre parcel between Allington Manor Court and New Design Road citing undisclosed plans and inadequate buffers. They fear flooding and increased light and traffic while planners postponed a decision pending entrance and lighting changes and a floodplain study.
