Frederick County Completes Explosive Ordnance Course
A six week explosive ordnance reconnaissance course conducted with Frederick County Civil Defense and 68th Ord Detachment from Aberdeen Proving Grounds has ended. Ninety participants including police, fire personnel, Fort Detrick staff and citizens earned official EOD identification cards. A live demonstration will follow in Frederick County with location to be announced. A Maryland chemicals conference is also set for today at the Francis Scott Key Hotel with regional county agents and university experts as speakers.
