In Hagerstown Judge Keady denounced lawyers who file orders of publication in obscure papers where neither party lived. He said such omissions ignore the law’s notice spirit. If a party resides in a county town with a local paper, the notice should be there. sending it to obscure outlets to dodge costs will not be tolerated.
