Trial set for Feb 22 in bridge replica theft case

Former CAF air show head guilty of sexual harassment

David Charles Cooper 47 of Geneseo NY was convicted of harassment of Gail Norman of Monrovia in Frederick MD. He was fined 250 dollars and given two years unsupervised probation with probation before judgment. The acts occurred between March 3 and July 14 1995 at 330 Aviation Way during CAF air show prep.

Judge Rollins to decide Thurmont zoning dispute
