ANNAPOLIS Feb 7 A House Judiciary Committee rejection of a bill to require auto driver re examination every three years drew harsh criticism from Gov McKeldin who called lawmakers cavalier about highway safety. The measure failed 13-6 despite state police opposition and a suggestion to reroute oversight through mail re registration.
