Two Frederick residents held on theft charges

Two charged with DWI in U.S. 15 wrecks
Two men face DWI charges after back to back crashes on U S 15 and US 16 north of Thurmont early today. Matthew Draper 23 of Hagerstown was flown to Washington County Hospital in fair condition following a median crossing crash with a tractor trailer. Scott Milner 29 of Emmitsburg hit a parked fire truck as emergency crews cleared the scene. Milner was charged with negligent driving and DWI.
