State planners back modified Weinberg grant hope
Annapolis officials urged Maryland lawmakers to fund 200000 for Weinberg Center renovations. The bill supports repaying 157000 debt and financing 214000 in improvements at the 1181 seat Frederick venue run by the Frederick Arts Council.
