Startzman of the Pownise Edison Co. told Frederick Kiwanis members at the Francis Leon Key Hotel that power from nuclear energy will supplement coal in future electricity manufacture. He traced fission history, cited 1954 Duquesne plant, and noted Nautilus as a practical early use. He urged ticket sales for the Kiwanis event Inside Russia at Frederick High School.
