The 270,891 addition to Lincoln school in Frederick was opened on Monday with minor authorized items by the Frederick County Board of Education at its Wednesday meeting. The board accepted the addition subject to interior doors and final services funding. Discussions covered a proposed six room elementary school at Thurmont using approximately 99,000 in Federal aid, hoping for an interview with County Commissioners.
