Indoor Plants Require Care Across Winter Months
Indoor plants need water and feeding as outdoor plants sleep. Powdery mildew may appear in low air flow areas but usually vanishes when moved outside in spring. Improve air circulation with a fan and spray mild fungicide if needed. Mealy bugs overwinter on house plants. remove by hand or water jet, insecticidal soap, or diluted malathion.
