No criminal prosecution of Tregoning employee
A special prosecutor rejected criminal prosecution of Yvonne Willis, a 58 year old office manager at Tregoning Rail Bonds in Frederick, over theft allegations of more than $10,000 across 32 months. The felony charges were dismissed after Willis and her attorney raised extortion claims against Frederick County State's Attorney Scott Rolle.

Middletown seeks state grant for new town hall and center

Frederick man J Alfred Cutsail dies at 81
J Alfred Cutsail aged 81 of Frederick died Sunday Feb 1 at home. He was husband of Helen Crampton Cutsail for 52 years. Born July 8 1916 he worked in Frederick County government in Environmental Health Services Planning and Zoning and Economic and Community Development. A 1933 Frederick High School graduate he studied at Western Maryland College and Maryland State Health Dept Center. He also completed courses at the CDC in Atlanta and Frederick Community College in data processing planning and real estate. Continued on Page A-5
