Robert E. Miller of Frederick has been named Hagerstown district manager for Potomac Edison Company effective February 1. He succeeds F. H. Robertson, who led the post for two decades until his death January 24. Miller has been with PE since 1925 and will move to the Hagerstown post, with Ronald L. Kayre named Frederick commercial manager.

Runaway teen dies in West Side drinking party
