The Frederick County Heart Fund Drive was set at 28 500 by the board at their quarterly meeting in the Heart Association offices on East Patrick Street. Budget approval for fiscal 1971 72 was presented by Harry H Reid treasurer and finance chairman along with committee members Raymond Creager John Derr and Albert Radcliffe. Seymour Stern president presided with kick off dates announced for February 3 at 1 36 and 7 30 pm featuring a hypertension film as part of the Heart Association drive.
