The C Burr Artz Library in Frederick announces opening day Tuesday January 18 with public hours from nine to six, extended hours through seven to nine, no book checkouts or registrations on opening day, and a special evening program led by trustee Rohrback. A complete re registration will begin for all users. about 14 000 books are ready for use including reference and children’s room materials.
