Fatal Crash On U S 40 Baltimore Man Killed In Wreck
A Baltimore man, Frank Motto, 24, died after a crash on U S 40 Frederick Freeway near exit two today around 9:45 am. Motto was thrown through the windshield and pinned beneath the car which overturned on the shoulder. He was not wearing a seat belt. The accident marked the 64th traffic death in Maryland this year.
