Hill Schoolboy Shot In Chicago Home
Francis Harbert a fifteen year old from Avanston and president of W. T. Rickards company, was found in his mother's room with a bullet wound to the temple. He was taken to Kvaneton Hospital in precarious condition. Neighbors and police investigated the scene after the maid Mollie Anderson heard a shot and found him unconscious beside a revolver with one cartridge expended. Family belief points to an accident during revolver handling rather than a deliberate act, with no evidence of attempted suicide.
