Linganore to fire rehire management at Lake Linganore
The Lake Linganore Association voted to end its contract with Property Management People Inc. and rehire eight of the nine PMP staff as LLA employees as the two year deal ends. PMP head Patrick Gloyd will be replaced by a new manager, and most staff will stay with the community of over 8,000 residents. The board cited cost cutting and a move to self management as reasons, while Gloyd has taken a new position and will work until late February.
