Man Rescued After 16 Days Buried in Oregon Snow
Thomas Wade Truett, 29, survived 16 days in a Deschutes National Forest snowbound car. He crawled out after 5 feet of snow was found by Chuck Bloom and friends. County income tax hike may lighten some paychecks
Frederick County plans to raise the income tax rate from 2.51 to 2.96 percent, with officials stating most workers will see a small net pay decrease.
