Woman and man charged in Frederick cocaine raid
Investigators with the Maryland State Police special services division executed a search at 169 W. All Samn Friday night seizing 62 ziplock bags each with about a half gram of cocaine, glass pipes and drug paraphernalia. Pedro C. Quistunes, 21, of Munroe St Washington Di was charged with possession cocaine. He was detained on $55,000 bond. Sheila M. Whiter of Frederick was also charged and released on personal recognizance.
