Death by own action in NSA mathematician case
A National Security Agency mathematician Charles Michael Hammel Jr., 34, was found dead in his burning car on an overpass near Arbutus, Maryland. The state medical examiners ruled death by his own action amid an NSA investigation into possible work links. Fire melted windows and scorched the interior as investigators probed the motive and context.
