15 Year Old Charged After Frederick Shopping Center Crash
Frederick police say 15 year old Angelo Perkins of Madison street was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license after backing into a protected car owned by 22 year old Richard Knight of Brunswick at the Frederick Shopping Center. Knight’s 1953 Oldsmobile sustained $75 damage while Perkins’ 1958 Chevrolet incurred $25 damage. Officer Donald E. Tracey investigated.

New York Man Held For Grand Jury Action
Joseph Simon Sentini of West 47th Street New York was ordered held for grand jury action after a preliminary hearing in Magistrate's Court. Sentini charged with breaking and entering at G and L Baking Company on South Carroll Street December 18. Nightwatchman Harry Fraley heard a noise and police found him. Sentini, represented by Wilbur F. Sheffield, said a man with keys left him the bags after arriving from Baltimore. Louis Alfred Simons of West Patrick Street was found guilty of failing to stop for a traffic control device and received a suspended $10 fine plus costs. Simons was arrested November 26 on North Bentz Street at the West Seventh Street intersection by Officer William H. Crabill.

Christmas Seal Campaign Report From Frederick TB Board
L Rayhu Specht, general chairman, said Frederick County Tuberculosis and Public Health Association had raised 11393.96 toward the campaign as of Friday. The group hopes to reach 12266.10 by Christmas Day and needs 3500 more to meet next year’s budget.
