Two Women Slain and Maniac Slayer Ends Life in West Philadelphia
In a West Philadelphia rooming house a man shot and killed two women, wounded a third fatally, then killed himself. The victims were Mrs Minnie Warrington the housekeeper and Mrs Bella Drake 55 a roomer. the slain man was Cornelius Coff 45 cousin to Mrs Warrington. The wounded occupant was Mrs Agnes Borrell. Police believe a sudden insanity sparked the tragedy. Coff had no steady job.
