Harding's treaty view conflicts with delegation stance

The Associated Press reports President Harding believes the four power Pacific Treaty covers only Pacific island possessions and not the main Japanese Empire. New York December 20 Burns of the Bureau of Investigation said disclosures by Wolfe Lindenfeld now under arrest in Warsaw will clear the Wall Street explosion case. Burns came to New York Saturday to pursue the story and said Lindenfeld’s account is a link in the evidence gathered.
