A man was found unconscious in a bog yard about a mile south of town yesterday. Hungry hogs were feeding on his flesh as he lay immobile, and he is believed to have died from the cold weather while the animals fed. The incident was discovered after the hogs were tamed. Rome reports in senate debate that Italy will not demand indemnity as a price of blood for lynching Italians. Foreign Minister Prinetti says justice was undermined by witness reticence and insists indemnities should not be treated as punishment or coercion.
