Eagles honor 10 Scouts at Walkersville Court of Honor
Ten members of Boy Scout Troop 166 sponsored by the YMCA of Frederick County received the Eagle Award at a Court of Honor held at Walkersville Fire Hall. Presentations were coordinated with Troop 1660 Explorer Post 800 and national BSA councils.
