Police seek Santa letter writer in Washington state
Police in Port Angeles and Clallam County continue the search for Thad, the writer of a letter to Santa requesting food and a job for his father and transport to heaven. Authorities treat the letter as possibly genuine, while noting it could be a hoax. A poster campaign and handwriting analysis are planned as investigators pursue leads and aid efforts grow through a local credit union fund.
