Two Die In Crash Near Brunswick
Two Virginia residents died after a late model sedan left Md. 464 near Brunswick. John Richard Palmer, 17, of Upperville, suffered head injuries and died on arrival at Frederick Memorial Hospital. James William Stocks, 24, Leesburg, died later. he was the apparent driver. Victims were pinned under the car for over 45 minutes. Police say excessive speed and failure to keep right caused the crash shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday.
