Herbert Christian Foltz aged 73, treasurer of the Public Opinion Company which publishes the Chambersburg Public Opinion, died yesterday at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Battle death attributed to a heart attack after surgery on December 9. Funeral services will be held Saturday.
