Swore Child Died to Get Fortune
New York reports that Marien Nathanethap a 43 year old artial made a perjury affidavit in the surrogate court claiming his daughter Dora eight years old had died to access 816000 bequeathed by his wife. The daughter and the affidavit were the only evidence used to hold him on perjury charges and await trial. Nathan, who had earlier taken the child to Germany and returned without her, sought funds claiming funeral expenses after his wife left 15000 to the child. He was arrested.
