An oxygen tank explosion at the B and O Railroad yard in Brunswick killed Charles R. Norris 35 and seriously injured Perry H. Parmer U 7 Brecon Place Cockeys. Parmer suffered second degree burns and a leg amputation. Norris died at the scene. Investigators include State Police with multiple local units responding.
