Juvenile Literary Society Debates Voting Rights Issue
The Juvenile Literary Society met Friday December 9 with a program of Bible reading singing recitations talks and a debate. The affirmative vote on the resolution that American Indians should have as much right to vote as Negroes carried the judges decision. Murray Butler son of Simon Bider faced incorrigible charges dismissed after a police court hearing blaming the accused 20 years old employed at Fibre Brush Company living with parents.

Tattimere December 14 representation of the city committee of Republican women at the quarterly convention of the Maryland Federation of Republican Women to be held in January will be the chief topic of discussion at the luncheon meeting of ward representatives to be held at the Young Women's Christian Association Friday.
