New center opens for unwed teen mothers in Emmitsburg
Emmitsburg hosts a newly funded Up-county Family Support Center for unwed teenage mothers in the Seton Center space. Iranians Attack Cypriot Supertanker Pivot Near Hormuz
A U S Navy destroyer and a press helicopter rescued 40 aboard the Cypriot supertanker Pivot after an Iranian gunboat attack near Abu Musa. The crew included 27 Filipinos, 10 Indonesians, 2 Indians, and two Greeks. one pregnant woman was identified. Four salvage tugs fought the flames for about five hours. no fatalities reported.
