Study targets Frederick County for child abuse review
Frederick County joins six Maryland areas in a state sponsored large scale study on child abuse and neglect. Denver based researchers will assess investigative processes and treatment services, with findings due in a statewide May report. The effort examines staffing, policy, and supervision across courts schools and law enforcement to recommend improvements.
