Area police team up for Operation Yuletide
Frederick City Police state police and the Frederick County Sheriff’s Department will patrol malls and parking lots beginning tonight to prevent problems during busy holiday shopping. Officers will monitor bank locations and traffic while promoting crime prevention and public safety. Residents are urged to lock cars, hide packages, park in well lit areas, and report suspicious activity to police.
