Harmony Chapter holds Grand Visitation Night

Harmony Chapter No 110 Order of the Eastern Star held a Grand Visitation at the IOOF hall in Thurmont on Wednesday Dec 2 at 8 pm with 76 members present. Worthy Matron JoAnn Wilson and Worthy Patron Charles Huff presided as numerous dignitaries and past grand officers attended and rainbow Christmas ceremony followed by gifts and thanks.

Utica Lutheran Women Hold Annual Christmas Party

The Utica Lutheran Women's League held its annual Christmas party on December 3 at the Utica Church education building. President Mrs. Anna Clingan opened the program, with group singing led by Mrs. Louise Ediger and accompaniment by Mrs. Mary Stull. Santa distributed gifts as Maynard Harper, a Florida hospital patient, was reported slowly improving during the social hour.
