Harry Fillmore Ball, 40, a Frederick County man jailed for transporting a kidnapped cab driver in an interstate scheme, failed to vacate his 1947 Baltimore federal sentence. Ball’s term ends July 4, 1957, but he remains in custody on forgery and escape charges.
