Clinton says North Korea proposal falls short in nuclear talks

Woman dies in crash on Maryland Route 550

A two vehicle crash on an icy Md 550 near Dorcus Road early Monday killed Union Bridge resident Lori A. Llewellyn 33. She was ejected after her Jeep 1985 skidded head on into a 1992 Pontiac driven by Earl A. Mayne 43 who wore a seat belt and sustained minor injuries. Llewellyn died later at Washington County Hospital after being airlifted from the scene. Police said the investigation continues.
