Frederick brewing seeks permit reforms over city red tape

Wayne A Rhoderick Dies Active in Business and Community
Wayne A. Rhoderick 52 of Frederick died Friday December 3 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was husband of Mary Ellen Creed Rhoderick and son of Earl J. Buzz and Staley Rhoderick. A 1959 Frederick High School and 1963 Johns Hopkins University engineering graduate, he held key roles at Ox Fibre Brush Evler Associates Eustalco Aluminum and Program Resources Inc where he was facilities maintenance and engineering director. He belonged to Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ the League of Women Voters and served on Chamber of Commerce and YMCA boards.
