ANNAPOLIS AP Former Maryland chief deputy comptroller J Basil Wisner pled guilty to three counts of filing false state tax returns tied to Hampstead Bowling Center and car collecting hobby. He received a suspended five year sentence, three years probation, and was ordered to pay back taxes and fines totaling over $32,000 plus interest.
